I needed work to be done fairly quickly. The price quoted to me verbally seemed a bit high, but I went ahead and agreed to it. I never received a written quote. During the work, I was asked twice to sign a blank iPad, indicating agreement and accepting the work. This seemed a bit strange, but I did. So far, the process has been extremely professional and prompt. They have done a great job with follow-up phone calls and texts, as well as telling me what my problem is and what it will take to fix it. They have been here when they say they will be here and after speaking with five different employees with the company, everyone of them has been professional and kind. I am trusting that tomorrow after the installation of my new unit I will still feel the same.

The guys came in, replaced several pipes, and made sure the drop was correct. They also cleaned up what was quite a mess very well. I was satisfied with the work for sure.

This business charged our tenant/us $744.05 for a simple toilet flange set & replacement! They did not get authorization from us, the owners, before even performing this work. We have had other plumbers do this same job within the last year for $100 at other properties. If you look on trade sites or google this type job, it shows $300 on the high end.
