Arrived when they said they would, completed task efficiently and timely.
I would give Marcos 5 big stars. He explained everything to me carefully. Then he went about the job to fix two things quickly and thoroughly, and offered me a plan that was very appealing which would allow for bi-yearly check ups on heating and air, as well as a one year flushing of the water heater. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
I called Pipe Wrench with an air conditioning problem. They arrived the same day, in fact within 1.5 hrs, of calling them! Charles and Tyler were very friendly and knowledgeable. Tyler suggested a solution which saved me quite a bit of money. He is a new employee on the job, but was very helpful. He even pulled up a $33.00 off coupon so I could save more on my bill! I will definitely recommend this company and use them whenever I need their services. Pipe Wrench, you have amazing employees!

Pipe Wrench was scheduled to perform an AC install. David arrived and noticed an issue that he could repair. Instead of $7,000+ for install the issue was addressed for $200. Super honest service tech!
Master Plumber Mike Cooper installed a new tankless gas water heater in my garage. We have hot water and so far, so good.
