Chris walked through the house and showed me everything that was going to be done as part of the repiping. He was professional, conscientious and friendly. He was more than willing to answer any questions that I had during the day. He made the repiping of my house a pleasant experience. Chris is a credit to the staff of Pipe Wrench Plumbing.

Shawn worked hard to get out plumbing back up and running. He had to come out on a Sunday to see that out septic pump was burned out, and he had to come back on a Monday with a new pump and install it. After it was installed, he had to use a snake to get out a plug that had happened in a spot when the pump went out. He did not finish until Monday evening and we were very happy that he knew the problems and got them fixed. We will use Pipe Wrench Plumbing for all plumbing in the future.
I was pleased to find that Pipe Wrench had an after hours time, which was on a Sunday. I did not know why I had a trouble flushing the toilets that were downstairs. We have a septic pump that I did not know how to check to see if it was working, and it will have to be replaced.. We are going to get a call in the morning to set up the replacement from Pipe Wrench, and it was great to get the answer on a Sunday as to what was wrong. The only reason it has to wait until Monday to be fixed is because they will have to pick up a ... read more
