I needed a new fan motor for our HVAC. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. The office contacted me with updates on the material order and when the technician was dispatched. The technician, Charles , was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He was careful and respectful of my home. He wore booties and asked if he could move some items that were in storage in order to gain easier access to the unit. I have used Pipe Wrench several times and have always been pleased. My purpose here is to acknowledge the excellent service that I received from Andrew on 10-31-2016. I contacted the company in the morning and arranged an afternoon service call for leak detection that may be located under my concrete slab. To make a long story short I detected the leak 2 days prior and could not identify the water source. My neighbor who is an experienced contractor also helped me trouble shoot the problem and we exposed one drain line behind a wall without a definitive answer. I called on a Saturday because **** ******* ********* informed me I had a water leak. Pipe Wrench Plumbing Inc. had Josh come out that very day and he checked it out and gave.me a quote. Two days later I had a new water line that has a life time warranty. The people who installed it were very polite and professional. I would recomend this company.

This was my first time using Pipe Wrench Plumbing and I was very pleased. the employee was very courteous and informative. will use again if needed, and will recommend this company to my friends. Being a Quality Assurance Technician the work provided for me was top notch I hope they pay their employees well as to be able to keep them unlike some of the other plumbing company's I have used in the past .
