MR Josh Ogle from Pipe Wrench Plumbing repaired a pipe that had completed opened up at a joint. He was professional, helpful, understanding of my needs and repaired my plumbing that had cut off all my water supply.

So far no work has been done on the problem, but two people have been over to look at the situation and make the best decision on what to do. Both have been very knowledgeable and profession with their attention. I'll be getting back with them in a couple of days.

Exceptional service! The plumbing technician from Pipe Wrench, Chris, was very professional. He worked quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. He also found a loose hose connection to my dishwasher which he tightened - this was not part of the job! A Pipe Wrench employee contacted me when Chris was on his way to my home which I appreciated. Last but not least, my initial phone contact with this company was very positive - the employee who answered the phone was "upbeat" and knowledgeable.
