Bill came to my home yesterday for my annual heat and air inspection. I recently bought my house and he walked through it with me and answered all of my questions. He then offered suggestions for reducing my electric bill and taking care of the system. He was very clear, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and this company.

Pipe Wrench exponentially exceeded my service and installation expectations. I was interested in replacing my aging hot water heater and called Pipe Wrench for the first time. Late that same first morning, Michael came to my house gave me an estimate and the office was ready to schedule installation that afternoon. However, I asked if they could come the next morning. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and nice. That being said, it did take several days to complete my job. I had to have a new main water line installed from the meter into the house. It was a pretty complex job the way the line had to run around the condos, missing sewer and gas lines. I believe the first guy that came out didn't want to attempt it because he only had a few days left so he said that he needed to bring back a smaller machine to fit up the hill into the front yard. Technician Terry was great. He showed up when he was supposed to; explained what needed to be done; did it; and then showed us what work he had performed. The problem was 100% taken care of. He also got us set up to get the lowest price possible. We were are new to the area and so glad to link up with Pipe Wrench .

Recently, spent a week tracking down plumbing problems in our home. Pipe Wrench Plumbing lived up to their promise of same-day service. If they have an employee of the month award; it should go Plumbing Tech Jimmy P. After 3 visits by other techs failed to resolve the problem: Jimmy arrived.
