I had water line problems in my basement. I called Pipe Wrench to get a quote. Talked to Patrica and Jennifer. They were nice, knowledgeable and professional. Matt came to my house to give me an estimate. He was like the two ladies. Nice, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the job options and the price of each. Mark and Josh were the installers. He found the problem quickly. I asked for a permanent solution. I chose a new toilet. Plumber went and bought it, brought it right back and installed in with new incoming hose. I was pleased with the job. Plumber even cleaned up the messy floor and wet newspapers.

The first company i called could not come out for two days. Pipe Wrench was here within 2 hours. The problem was diagnosed and explained to me thoroughly , offering several options. Parts had to be ordered and i was called immediately when they arrived. Josh and Robbie were fast, efficient and friendly. Pipe Wrench will definitely be my go to from now on! April O.
