I discovered indoor flooding spreading through the pad carpeting In our lower floor office/spare bedroom in late afternoon. By the time I figured out the origin as a burst-pipe silcock (outdoor hose faucet), it was 8:30 - 9:00 PM and I Knew how to turn off our house water. I made an urgent call to Pipewrench about 9PM who immediately adopted my sense of urgency, and arranged for an immediate service, if needed or, a first thing in morning call. Arrived ahead of appointment, repaired leaking yard spigot and replaced the kitchen sink's dripping, water controller. No leaks, so far. Happy that both faucets did need total replacement. Thank you!

He was a pleasure to talk with, professional, explaining our options then went to work on the stopped up kitchen sink.
