Toby was here on time, he assessed the problem and gave us the estimate of cost. He found a problem that had not been addressed in the remodel of our bathroom nor when we called the remodeling company back out within the year's warranty to check out the problem. He did what he could and fixed what he could and suggested someone to call to fix the problem. We were impressed with his professionalism and would definitely recommend him and Pipe Wrench.

They are very professional and cooperative. The crew was polite yet efficient.
I've used Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, inc. for plumbing work in the past. They ran two new water lines and installed two new hot water heaters. Upon completion I was very satisfied with the work done. This time when my ac units were having issues, I decided to purchase two new ones from them. The technician was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was wanting, clearly explained what would need to be done to achieve my request, and was transparent on the pricing of the job before he started the project. They did a great job with initiative project replacing sewer line. Came back and completed yard leveling, sew grass seed, and repaired our block wall removed during work. Highly recommended
