I just put this same review on Google but figured I would copy and paste since some people don't look there: My garage had a puddle in the floor on Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend. Pipe Wrench sent Steve out and he determined that unfortunately I was right and the water heater was dust. He did everything he could do at night with no access to a water heater and gave me the estimate which we approved. Back the next morning (remember this is now Sunday of Labor Day weekend) to actually replace the water heater. I am as h... read more

We had a very long and very expensive waterline Installed. Company did initial good work but then installed above ground water line junctions on neighbor's property. Company would not respond to our concerns, including one installed 12 inches from the road side where cars may crush it. Neighbor wants the above ground components removed. Does not give permission for its placement. Pipewrench does not respond after repeated attempts to contact them. We may need to seek legal remedy.

The service men called, said they were on their way and arrived on time. Dane was great servicing our air conditioner, and Jayme and Matt were great cleaning and maintaining our tankless water heater. All three are and eager to answer any questions. They really do top notch work. The Pipe Wrench folks are meticulous. We love them and wouldn't use anyone else!

This company is phenomenal!!!! I can't say enough great things. They went above & beyond. We needed our whole house re-plumbed. They were always on time & always showed up. They cleaned up any mess & they really know what they are doing. Do not hesitate to call them if you need any of their services.
