I had a kitchen upgrade consisting of new faucet, new disposal, and new cutoff valves. Terry B. came by at the appointed time and gave me an estimate. As it was not an emergency, he returned in a couple of days to do the work. His work was done professionally and expertly. He completed an excellent job in under 3 hours. Then he explained the warranties and other info that was useful. I would rate his work as 5 stars.

Terry B. was very friendly and very professional and show us what needed to be replaced and. explained the procedure and what the cost would be. He was very neat and courteous. I also ask him about cost of other things I would like to do and he gave me a ballpark figure. I would ask Pipe Wrench Plumbing back to do any further work that needed to be done on my house. Terry gets a very big 5 stars.
We have used Pipe Wrench for several repairs that were needed this year and we are continually in awe of the professionalism, the efficiency and the quality of the work from this business. Our latest repair involved a new sewage ejection pump and Marcus was a pleasure to have in our home. He was even able to help us fix another issue we were having without having to reschedule another visit which we deeply appreciated. Marcus was knowledgeable, kind and did an excellent job. We will only be using Pipe Wrench from now on!

My job consisted of replacing bathroom tub faucets and shower heads in two bathrooms and replacing an outdoor frost proof faucet. I am very pleased with the work. The technician was very professional. The work was neat and the cleanup was good. The job was completed in a reasonable period of time and the work looks great.
Driver was right on time. Professional and friendly. Once he checked out the problem, he took pictures and showed me exactly what the problem was and explained what need to be done and gave me the price. He fixed the problem, took more pictures to show me it was completed and then I paid him.

Absolutely professional. They took all precautions to keep the floors clean during the job, cleaned up afterwards, very professional, on time with each visit, would definitely use them again. The workers were very professional, answered any questions.
100% of my experience with Pipe Wrench was great. Outstanding customer service from both the guys who came out to give the estimate to the dudes who replaced our pipes. We've got a newborn in our house and I appreciate the care they took to wear masks and how well they kept everything clean and cleaned up once done. Job was done quickly and I can't tell them how much I appreciate them being able to get out here and get it fixed asap. Highly recommend and will use again.
