I've dealt with Pipe Wrench for a number of issues, they've always been prompt, patient and frank. I'll continue getting bids from multiple companies going forward, but I'll be shocked if I don't go with Pipe Wrench every time. HVAC and plumbing both. It's refreshing to have someone be professional, prompt, and transparent.
