They could actually cover stuff instead of having people waste their time filing claims only to deny everthing because it is all considered a pre-exsisting condition. Basically if your pet was born and alive anything that ever happens will be a pre-exsisting condition and will not be covered. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve had my puppy insured through my entire ownership (6 months) and they will not cover something that clearly states accident. They apparently don’t consider dog park injuries an “accident”. No supervisor available to speak with me and no appeal form emailed. If I did do an appeal, it takes 20 business days to go through. They’ve been wonderful for everything else, this is so disappointing.

Horrible customer service. This agent Elizabeth basically hung up on me. They’re in the business of just taking your money, that’s it.
My puppy was shot, but Pet first wouldn't cover the dog because they said it was a pre-existing condition! Now I'm raising money on GoFundMe. What a joke of a company. don't waste your money.
