RecommendedPetFist is a great pet insurance company! Easy to use and their customer service is top notch. They just take away the anxiety about what sometimes need to be done medically for our pup Angus MaGee. Angus says thank you for making any medical decisions so easy on mom and dad. Woof Woof!!
We have been with PetFirst for 12 years now, with 2 dogs. When we searched for insurance for our 2nd puppy, we ended up with them again! The plan coverage and the payout is exactly what it says, they never disappoint.

Anyone with pets should obtain this insurance. It has literally allowed me to continue to keep my kitty with me. He is newly diabetic and his care is expensive.
Tried out the 30 days free for newly adopted cat and submitted a claim and of course it was denied. As a certified veterinary assistant I went through both the animal's hx and the vet notes I seen no issues. "Have the vet go through the soap notes an reword" is what I was told. Smh
Everything about this company is top notch. Filing is easy, payment fast, premiums reasonable.
Wonderful customer service and prompt and no hassle reimbursement. We received a free month of PetFirst Insurance over 10 years ago when we adopted our dog Lucky from the shelter. We kept it and then added our other 2 rescue dogs over the years. Within the last 2 months Lucky was diagnosed with terminal cancer and our terrier dislocated his hip and broke his pelvis in a fall.
