For anyone out there that has a pet and wants to get pet insurance, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT get insurance through Pet First Healthcare! They are worse than regular insurance companies. You pay them every month and they promise you that your pet is covered but when you need to file a claim, what ever it is, its all of a sudden an "exclusion" that was just added on to your type of policy that you have been paying for and thinking you were covered for. RecommendedI had a great experience when I filed my claim which was settled within a week and which was approved. The process was seamless and fast! Although the insurance coverage for my pet is not high, the service was great and I was approved to be reimbursed for the claim amount for which I am grateful.
RecommendedThis is the first time evert purchasing Pet Insurance and we have been please. We have had huge vet bills in the past with our other dogs, but its good to know that we can be reimbursed for some of the routine visits and more serious vet visits.

RecommendedThe cost and the ability to choose the coverage you need and/or can afford. The deductibles are low and the coverage is excellent. I never had pet insurance before, and my dogs over the years, as they aged, always cost me thousands of dollars out-of-pocket. The peace of mind is worth the price.
