RecommendedI use Pet First Pet Insurance and it’s great everyone should have it if they have a pet that they care about.
RecommendedI've been very pleased with PetFirst. I've had other insurances for my dogs, and PetFirst is the best, by far. Responsive. Quick with funds. Good coverage. AND they offer wonderful 30-day free coverage for pets adopted from shelters and rescues.
Stay Away from this company. They drag the process out and then tell you they are missing Dr notes, don't answer your questions and they have been given everything. Two different claims for 2 different animals and yet they won't process the claims separately. In the past I have used different insurance companies, they were great to work with.
Worst company started with them abd as soon as i do a claim ohh existing condition wont cover anything worst customer service

Recommendedeasy to use it takes a while to receive the check but they do pay.
Typical insurance pay for nothing- a complete rip off and waste of time. Now i'm out $90 profit for them AND responsible for 100% of my vet bill. Such BS.
Very unimpressed, my pet needed surgery due to an injury and they deemed the surgery as "cosmetic" and a "pre-existing condition". They did not even consider covering it, it was not worth having a policy with them.
