I went to the Cedar Springs location for a set of wiper blades, after about 15 minutes someone asked if i needed help. As i was paying for them i asked if they install them as well, that person tried to **** it off on the others that were just standing around, finally someone was told to do it, after he was shaking his head and muttering under his breath i knew this was not going well. I have a *********** told he he may need something to stand on, again more head shaking. He walk out the front door and more head shaking and... read more

They gave me a water pump that goes to a 5.9 L and right before I took it apart I called again to talk to the manager of OReillys in Fairmont and he verified that it was the right water pump to a 5.7 so when I took it off it was the wrong water pump so I had no way of getting over there and I called back and they told me that they had to call somebody else to s... read more

To whom this may concern:It gives me no pleasure in lodging a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of ***********, but this time I feel it is extremely necessary. Yesterday, October 21 , *************************************************************************** death to a love one. One of my brothers was in town taking another brother to an Optometrist. My youngest brother is a paraplegic and has been confined to a wheelchair 'for many years. While in route their van stopped. This was due to a complete loss of power. The... read more

I purchased a battery from O'Reilly's about a year ago. This battery has already gone out. This tells me they sold me bad product. Who buys a battery every year? Nobody. That's who. When I first entered the store in ***************, ** on *************, they were pretending they wouldn't be able to look up my purchase because I couldn't remember my number at the time of the last purchase. Well, when I got on the phone and started making phone calls to find my old phone number I was calling friends and family for help. Well, ... read more

I recently went into the *************** store in *********. No one was wearing a mask. The masks weren't even close by. All the customers were wearing masks. When I inquired about it, to check out, I asked about it. They said they were all vaccinated. I reminded them of the mask mandate in *********. Someone not involved in the conversation piped in and told me to go to their competitor down the street. I regret having made the purchase there. They used an expletive in responding to me.

I went to the ******, ** store to buy a rear wiper blade. As the clerk was taking my name information, he didn't wait for me to reply, and said last name "***." I am Asian by ancestry, and found what he said to be offensive, bigoted, and unacceptable. I asked him what he just said, to make sure I heard him correctly. He repeated the slur. I called him an ignorant bigot, and just left without buying anything. It was very unexpected, since the clerk was of either S. Asian, or Middle Eastern dissent.I'd hope your policy includes... read more

Defective heater core had been removed and replaced on 3 occasions over the span of 1 year and 7 months, the cost of my labor Bill's has well exceeded 2,000 dollars, not so much as an apology, or assistance in reimbursement from the store manager, basically he could not have shown less interest in my hardship
