I had entered the O'Reilly auto parts store on 4/10/22 @ around 3:30 to get a mirror for my motorcycle. I got the mirror and some degreaser and was right in the middle of trying on sunglasses, and ******* yells over to me, " Are you need to check out"? I politely said not yet, still spending money. And he made me feel so ockward and uncomfortable I just said ok and approached him with my products. He rang them up and gave me a total. Not happy at all with them. I bought a used jeep a couple of months back. It didn't start today and has been sluggish to start. I went by ******** and they told me that I had a bad battery. It was an ******** Super Start Extremes under a year old. I took it to ******** to warranty it since they come with a 3 year warranty. The employees were super nice. Ordered a part quickly because it said on their site order within x time and get it tomorrow! Just to find out I wont be getting it next day at all, as it was delayed. Contacted customer service and was its not a guarantee youll get it next day so basically its a scummy tactic to get you to buy fast, and oh look! Once it ships, you cant return it till it arrives and you deny the package or return to store! The package has been delayed 4 times now from ***** as well, which is lovely too! I went there last week to purchase wiper blade refills if the gentleman would put them on for me which he agreed to do Not only did he do a fine job, it was a buy one get one free so I got the wiper refills at half price made - my day!!!

I made a purchase a few days ago they said the order will be there the same day so wen I get to the store they tell me the order will make it the next day so I canceled the order... 3 to 5 days for a refund I waited it out so today I call customer service there they have a nasty attitude and tell me my refund haven't been processed yet and says I will just have to wait it will take 7 days but on there policy it say 3 to 5 days smh I feel like one of there agents keeping my money I have received a part nor did it make it to t... read more

I go to the oreillys store quite often #****. And I noticed that everytime ( which is almost daily ) that the manager there is always outside either vaping or on the phone and when the employee needed her she wasn't available. From my understanding there have been quite a few complaints about her but nothing done about it. It seems like oreillys doesn't care about their employees at least not the One on ************************* ( ****) they need to change management or retrain her to do her job.

O'Reilly Auto Parts, located in *********, **. Young man name ******** is very uneducated on customer service. He basically asked me to come back later because he's busy or go to ********, crossed the street. Day later I went back to exchange the alternator because it wasnt working properly, he refused to give me my full refund because I opened the box. The most craziest thing I've ever heard. Thanks to him, I decided not go to this clowns anymore.

I went to a Oreilly's auto parts store to get a headlamp bulb for my vehicle. While looking, an employee wanted to help me. He pulled a double pack off the shelf and said this would be a better deal. I said OK, I would take it. When he rang it up and tried to charge me double. I said that was not the price on the shelf that he got it from. The manager said he would not sell it to me for that. The Washington pa oreiilys store has a manager that disrespects customer by screaming at them and telling them there loitering when clearly the customer is in the ******** times a day and spends thousands of dollars and when u call corporate the take it as a joke and try to blame the customer for what their manager does instead of addressing the situation and finding out why the manager can keep verbally assaulting customers.
