I recently attempted to visit the location in Eagle River, WI. Unfortunately I changed my mind at the door, not a single person in sight was wearing a mask, including both employees. This is a direct violation of our States mask mandate, as an immunocompromised individual I have to be very careful with where I shop, and I won't be likely to visit another O'Rielleys' if this is the was you treat a global pandemic.
Went there to get a single head HID light light for my Vehical and they wanted to charge me 108.00 for a single light bulb... That kind of price gouging is unacceptable...I order two of the same HID light bulb for 23.00 on ******...the same make model and brand ..this type of price gouging is insane and should not be tolerated...
Rude customer service by phil in visalia california would not return my item becuase it was open but i was sold the item open. He told me i better find the individual that sold me the item.

The battery return policy is ****! I had to get my battery tested and charge. While that was going on it swelled the battery in their machine. So obviously something was wrong with it. And the employees still wanted to give me a hard time about what corporate would say about that. I have always had a lot of good experience with ORiellys but I do believe I'll be shopping elsewhere. This place is run by greedy people with no understanding at all.
Yesterday went as follows: - A guy was ahead of me with a lot of items. Worker 1: is that all you have, honey? (Seeing the bulb and pack of batteries in my hand) I can go ahead and ring you out, so you don’t have to wait. Me: no, that’s ok. I was told that you would put the bulb in for me. Is that true? November 21st I purchased a product for removing hard water spots on my truck. It was a product used for boats, but was recommended by the store employees and that it should work on my truck as well. I thought I'd go home and try it to see if it worked. I sprayed it on a spot on my truck and the solution was ineffective despite my best efforts in following the instructions.
