I don't understand why they would have a closing time which is 9 pm I work long hours and always pressed on time.i show up 2 pick up parts that had already been paid for the day before the **** I received that day was damaged another trip back 2 store 2 find out they had no more in stock but could have 1 there later well I worked late along with several million other people to just make it in time to get my new parts it was 5 minutes until 9 doors already locked lights went out as I stood at their entrance door it's not righ... read more

Went to pick up an order and called the store number like the email said and no one answered. I went inside and they wouldn't release the order to me because I wasn't listed as an alternate pick up person. I would totally understand, but I showed them the confirmation email that my boss had sent me and even offered to call him to verify. They implied that was a criminal committing fraud and that my boss would have to call a separate customer service hotline to change the order. It took 2 days to resolve this. I use to hate your store in *******, ** north store. South store really *****. But I needed help so went to the North Store and this guy *********************** helped me. Finally someone that knew what he was talking about. He was very nice and helped me out. I will be sending everyone i know to see him. You need more people like him at your stores. Got my car fixed and didn't have to keep going back.

WE ARE A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT THAT DEALS WITH THIS STORE. ******* USED TO MANAGE THIS LOCATION AND SHE WAS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. Manager took my battery next day went back to get my new battery that I had ordered and paid for . He refused to give me credit for exchange and got home and he sold me a wrong battery. Had to call company and travel to a different store to get what I had paid for , this guy is a thief

will never buy another part from your store cause two of ur employees are gossip mongers and ruined my life and trashed my name and one of those employees is a manager but I will not name names but thanks for ruining my life with the lies and accusations I really appreciate it so much your store is full of ******** and I am done spending my money there I will surely go somewhere else Rant over

I walked into O'Reilly Auto Part at location **** ********* ************ ** *****on July 29, 2022 to see if they can scan my vehicle because it had the check engine light on. When it was my turn to approached the counter I asked the sales associate can she check it for me she to me to give her a moment, so I stood near the front door. I purchased Artic Freeze AC auto coolant. Did not use the product and uninformed by sign or clerk that this product could not be returned. The AC started working right after I left the store. Tried to return the product. Unused and witnessed unused, uninspected by any one at the store who lied and said it looked used and no refund given. No trustworthy personnel working at O’Reilly Auto Parts at this store and sneaky sales tactics.
