Led to believe I was being helped on December 30th 2022 my CV axle for my four-wheel drive in my Ford F-150 crew cab gave out I had just purchased it in August of 2022 with a lifetime warranty upon it failing it caused my wheel bearing and hub assembly to fail as well at " fear of towing"I removed the CV axle from the front driver side that failed took it to the nearest O'Reilly's Auto parts store which was on 12th and Valencia in Tucson Arizona upon arriving I was greeted by slim gentleman with no mustache but long beard he... read more

I want to give a *BIG* shout out & Thank you to the employees at the Aitkin Minnesota location! They gave such good customer service to me & went above & beyond to install my new windshield wipers in the freezing cold weather! BIG THANKS TO: ******* & *****.. Also the Assistant Manager!!! Oreillys will not satisfy a warranty with a core charge. I bought a part from them with a lifetime warranty, the item is no longer in stock. Now all I have is a broken part from them which has a LifeTime Warranty. Beware of this lie of a warranty.

0 stars if I could. We have a really bad blizzard with no road visibility and you make people who live across the river still go into work. Businesses should care about their employees just as much as they care about making money. Please do some research into being a better employer/company you guys are doing a horrible job.

O’Reilly Auto Parts used to be my favorite store until today. For the last 4-5 months, I have been trying to find whether or not my fuel pump has a lifetime warranty. I’ve called several stores (AR and TX), as well as Corporate, and everyone seems to either have amnesia or simply refuse to honor their warranty. After my mechanic comes to my apartment last night in the cold weather, lifts my tailgate, and climbs under it to get the part number (which is what I was told to do by the Texarkana and Sulphur Springs stores) becaus... read more

I went to the Jenison, MI O’Reilly. I went to get a headlight, ****** helped me find the right one I needed. He then put it in for me, it was a cold night but didn’t hesitate to put it in for me, was very polite & wouldn’t take a tip! He said to just leave a review. I’ve bought different parts for my vehicle & they are always willing to install it for me & very helpful, to make sure I get the right part!! Thank You ******!!

I would’ve put a zero as well but that’s not an option. I bought a battery from them; when they we’re changing it, they snapped a bolt off the brace to hold it into place. They said they will replace the part. Week later still no word on the part. I called them, they said they were looking for the part. I called customer support to get the district manager name and number, when I tried to call, no one seems to know who he was. I called support again.
