This is hands down the worst customer service I have dealt with!! I never take the time to write reviews but this was truly insane!!!!. I had purchased 2 6V batteries which carried a minimum 12 month warranty, although this is not a great sign, it is still a warranty. Within 8 months, the batteries died so I took them back since they were "under warranty". O'Reillys replaced the batteries with new ones which carried the same 12 month warranty.
