Went in for a power break booster for a 1999 Jeep, was given wrong part, (was given a 1998) my Jeep is currently torn apart(as I took it to my mechanic) unable to get correct part until late this afternoon. Jeep will not be fixed today, thank you O’Reilly. This is the second BAD experience I have had with O’Reilly. I will NOT be returning. If I could, I would give them a ZERO star rating!

I went there today 8/3/19 to verify that they do rotors resurfacing. Also stating on the website and on the front of the store. I spoke with Ruben by the front of the store. He immediately said he didn't think they will have time to do them. I asked well if I have my mechanic bring the rotors will they be ready in 10 hrs. or so. He needed to check with the guy who does the resurfacing. I heard him say in the back in Spanish about 4. Thats when Ruben came back and said he is busy in the back and won't have time to do it. The customer service is terrible. I went in there to buy a rear light. The one guy with kyle name written on his name tag said can I help you. I put my item on the counter and suddenly another lady shows up and he rings her up. I'm not happy about this and then another employee brandon starts to ring up another person in front of me. So I place my item on the counter and start walking out saying I'll spend my money else where. So brandon says I'll ring you up. I have a commercial account there. I called and spoke with s Johnathan there today and he tried to tell me my part was not available, then found it but there was s 5-7 day shipment after he submitted a request. Then through Paul helping in the back ground they had it in stock. So I proseded to ask if they would price match if I had a recipe? Yes bring it with you. So I did. Once there Paul took over. This is hands down the worst customer service I have dealt with!! I never take the time to write reviews but this was truly insane!!!!. I had purchased 2 6V batteries which carried a minimum 12 month warranty, although this is not a great sign, it is still a warranty. Within 8 months, the batteries died so I took them back since they were "under warranty". O'Reillys replaced the batteries with new ones which carried the same 12 month warranty. Within 9 months the replacement 6V batteries were dead. I again returned the batte... read more
