I really wanted to purchase a used auto from this dealer. I called and left a message that I would be there around 12:00 noon. Upon arrival, a salesman advised me to wait as he would go get the car. After about 30-35 minutes, he returned and told me he couldn't find it. After 45-50 minutes, I was pulling out and he reappeared saying he might have it. Ten more minutes later, I left.
