So, in less than 18 months I have had to replace my Ignition lock cylinder and key twice on my Pontiac Aztech which cost me roughly $800. I contacted GM to complain because it sounds like a faulty part to me and was told there was nothing they could do?? Really?? You going to tell me this is normal because my car was 11 yrs old? Sure, anything to keep my money!! Go GMC!!!
Bought my first brand new truck from the dealership back in October and the process was flawless. Oscar and Joe did an excellent job getting me in a new vehicle and helping me through the paperwork. Now 10,000 miles later getting my truck serviced, I was given a loaner vehicle for my troubles by Mrs. Tina no problems what so ever, Shawn and Mike in services have also been nothing but great to me. I was recently visiting Orlando. My pick up was not turning (starter). I spoke to Shawn he took great care of me. Even found a leak and fix it as well . Great job. I called to check on truck front disk answered with a friendly voice ready to and happy to help. This was a warranty issue and they did not try to sell me on un needed service just fix the problem. Very disappointed in this dealership.... went to the dealership because we saw a car on sale for $39,100 on the internet. I get to the dealership and the salesman says the price is wrong, that was last month price, the price now is $41,900.... I ask him to ask manager if he would honor that price if so we will buy it. The manager won't honor it. Hate dealers who play these number games. So unprofessional. Very unwilling to work you, the sales guy wasn't as motivated or seem to be working hard for you!
I was disappointed that my regular service representative for the past 6 years had left the company, but the Rep I was assigned did an adequate job. I'll withhold full judgment until I see if he is up to the same standard as I'm used to receiving from my previous Rep.
