Have to bring my car here due to the extended warranty I purchased and the last two times my repair mysteriously didn't fall under the warranty. The first repair I paid over $340 for a repair I found out I could have done myself for 20 bucks and this time they wanted over $1000 for a repair that another reputable mechanic would come to me and only charge me $488.00. Tell me how the price going makes any sense. How can a hose replacement cost over $700?!@?@. Price gouging is not ok. ��
Wount take OSF because they want to do in house F&I and make up stories to back it up . Company policies and owner wount let them take drafts etc, when asked to take a deposit to hold the vehicle for 24 hrs for cashiers check they wount take deposits also!!��� Hard to sell cars this way if everything is to best accommodate the dealsership needs and not put the customer first.

We took my wife's Pontiac Vibe in for an airbag recall. We've not been to Orange Buick GMC, Orlando preciously, but we will return! Russ in the Service Dept was fantastic! We dropped a last minute oil change/service request and asked them install new wiper blades we'd already purchased. Took care of all of it without a blink. We will be looking for a new vehicle in the early part of 2018 and will return for that and future service needs. Well done Orange Buick, GMC!!
