This dealer service techs doesn’t know how to balance wheels I brought my truck in to have it running worse then before I brought it in was told my rims bent went have it tested it zeroed out come to find out they used (1) 1.50 oz weights on one side of dually wheels leaving my truck wobbling they definitely need mike back 20 years plus service Formen needs to come back there boy Sammy need to go
Went to see about a used car that was priced great and listed as "pristine", and test drove it. The transmission would not shift to third gear, the paint was cracking and peeling, there was significant damage to the vehicle. Some serious false advertising. I did wind up purchasing a different car, albeit at a price that was over $1k more than what I was agreed to. Will not be back to do business with this place again. Pretty crappy experience.
Recommendedi drove up in my 2016 lacrosse and park it up front. Went in and saw Alexandria. They swarm my car confused with the car next to it. Told her what I was look for and they will be in touch. I did get a very small bottle of water
Worst customer service ever!! They don’t do what they say they’re going to. Salesman was to deliver missing parts...said he would be here on a certain date and never showed up, no phone call or apology. Nine weeks after our purchase, we are still awaiting our refund for their overcharge. When we called about it, they first said six weeks. When we recently called, they knew nothing about it. Would not purchase from this clown act again.
I have purchased several cars here and my father as well I recommend them.
