Today (Saturday), You just lost the easiest sale ever. My mother has been a loyal Buick owner for the LAST 50 YEARS (most of those years with Orange Buick). You had contacted her by mail wanting to buy her old Buick Lucerne, and she was ready to come in and drive one of the Regal models you had shown her the other day. Robbie Baez (Sales/leasing), Santiago Rojas (Finance Manager), and the entire staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a loyal GMC customer for the past 11 years-I refuse to drive anything else!!!! They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Five stars out of five-really 10! I highly recommend them!
