This is my second purchase from them. Everyone has been very nice and professional especially Oscar my salesman. Only down side is amount of wait time to finish all the paperwork. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and I love my Encore.

Orange Buick GMC put the wrong fluid in our GMC diesel exhaust system resulting in a $1700 repair bill. It has been almost 1 year I have been trying to get restitution. Curt, the sales manager agreed to send me a check over a month ago. Still no check and now he won't even respond to my emails or phone calls. Misrepresented a used car as a higher model to try to get more money. Once I brought it to their attention they said it was priced at marked value. It was not. It was $3000 over priced. Also, misrepresented how many times they were going to run my credit. Ran it 4 times with the same bank. When Sven in finance says he is a man of his word don't believe him!
The people there are very helpful and take care of your needs this dealership shouldbe rated at 10 stars I want to thank Sean and Mike who are the service department writers for talking care of my air conditioning problem with my 2017 Buick Lacrosse as i was on vacation for Illinois
The service at Orange Buick is really great. One would think that the dealership prices for repairs are sky high , but you will be in for a big surprise. I`ve taken my car for oil changes, windshield wipers and other things and would`nt go any where else. The prices here are not what you would think. I highly recommend Orange Buick for all your Buick repairs.
Orange Buick/GMC was wonderful handling in fixing my car. Mike in the service department is great!! He explained everything, ordered parts, called when they came, made sure everything was working properly and that I was 100% satisfied. He even remembered my name the next time I came in.
