Love the service department! Robert Cicero ALWAYS makes sure my car is well taken care of. IF I EVER consider (not anytime soon) getting a new vehicle it will be from Orange Buick. By the way I drive a 2007 Saturn Aura XR with 125k miles, well loved and well taken care of!!!
Roger Menn was fantastic!! He really helped me and gave me a great deal. I just moved to Florida and he gave great advice on things to do and see in Orlando! He is really easy going and made me feel comfortable about buying a new Buick. I love my car and look forward to driving it around Florida. Highly recommend this dealer for the Orlando area!!
Senior citizens be aware of Orange Buick! Financial department , Marc and Sven put false info on contracts to make a sale! I live on pension of $1,300 a month! They put 3 vehicles in my name! Wouldn't send me contracts after asking several times! Marc hung up on me! Sven told me to not make a payment and would call back and never did! 2 new trucks and 2006 Buick! So sad to have a dealership take advantage of Senior Citizen! Do not trust them! Make sure you get a lawyer to go over all there paper work! They copied over my sig... read more

Drove 260miles round trip for a deal on new truck when I got there I was told truck was sold friday . talked to Toni on saturday for sunday arrival was never told it was sold. I wonder if it was ever there. told me I could order one and throw in a tank of gas nothing worse in this world is a thief OR SOMEONE WHO LIES

GM and Orange Buick have terrible customer service. I have been waiting three months to get warranty item fixed and neither GM nor Orange Buick is willing to step up and fix the problem. Worst experience of my life. I can't even get a call from anyone as to an update. You would think three month wait would prompt better service, lol no way these guys don't care bout this customer.
