Tom Santiago does a good job at keeping both my vehicles serviced when they need it.
I went in without an appointment because the low tire pressure light kept coming on. I was greeting pleasantly and assured I would be taken care of. Bill, who is the best service advisor I've had, made sure my tire was taken care of (turns out I had a nail, for the 2nd time) within a reasonable period of time and I was on my way. While I waited, I enjoyed watching the new Jungle Book movie that was playing in the waiting area. Overall a great experience. Such an improvement from a few years ago.

Ihave been leasing and buying. My cars there. A long time from walter. Due to recall it has not been good for me to brimg my car in my sons do all that. To day our appointment was cancel all this time i have been a deflected. Auto i was upset very the men were very rude. I should have hung up and gone somewhere else all these 2 yrs defects i need a car that will not kill my family as this one thank God has Not yet. Some reiversment should be done if. Got there just before lunch for a recall of the software for the front air bags. Got a terrific lunch made fresh from Ms Patty read a little of my book that I brought for what I thought might be a wait. Struck up a conversation with a lady in for a oil change. She said she was very please with her Buick (she had previously owned Cadillacs) and I agreed I was very happy with mine. Her car was done and soon Dane was letting me know mine was also ready to go.
