I am very satisfied with the transaction of trading in our 2013 Buick Lacroose for a 2016 GMC pickup. The sales people were very polite and treated us well and so far we love our new GMC pickup. On the down side i made two calls to Ben Rider, told him the nature of the call and left my phone number. One was made last week and one yesterday. I finally got another agent who took care of my question to day. Returning calls in a timely manner to customers is a very important part of customer satisfaction. Robert Malotte

They suck there are unprofessional I will never buy a car again there
I guess Orange Buick GMC is incapable of training employees. Tom Finch just pulled up to 1 of my Jiffy Lubes trying to steal mine.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at Orange Buick, loved the place, Oscar is great! He took good care of us and we went home in a wonderful Buick Lacrosse. Thank you
The Best.... Nothing else to say..... Been going there for years and never a disappointment.
