Not only did he not followup to explain why he did not handle this matter after leaving several messages he chooses not to do anything at all that speaks volumn on the type of saleman Charles really is. Very disappointed with this entire process from mgmt the sales team n service department. Will not recommend this dealership nor their staff to anyone!
