Our Newpro windows were installed 12 years ago and they are great. We recently had a hail storm and several of the screens were torn. I called Newpro hoping to have them repaired under their 'no frills' warrantee and I was blown away. They came out within a week and 'Vinny' replaced all my torn screens - 9 in total. Vinny was polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I'd give ******** stars if I could. Thank you!!

They replaced 2 windows. Were pricey but triple pane glass and had to do it because I was matching some old new pro windows. ****** and ***** did a great job.
we had a question about something to do with our wonderful Kohler step-in shower which Newpro installed about a year ago. Newpro technicians came within a few days and said everything was fine. today's technicians and the those who did the installation were super!
**************** arrived on-time and were ready to go to work. They were professional, patient, observant, organized and efficient. We hope they are assigned to us when the work is scheduled.
Our service tech **** was awesome. Very personable and professional. The few problems with the install which had nothing to do with him are being addressed.
****** was my repair person and did an excellent job and was very pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes, with me talking to him the entire time. He loves his job and is very proud of working with NewPro
