Although there was a long wait from ordering windows to installation it was definitely worth the wait. The installation crew ( **** and his assistants) arrived on time, prepped the area and started installing the windows. When they finished the area was clean and the windows were installed perfectly. The quality of the windows is much better than I expected. **** and his crew were polite, informative of the work they were doing and very very professional. They made the NewPro name shine. Definitely assets to the company.,

My installer did a great job. He arrived on time and was efficient.
Installation to get my walk-in shower was longer the expected, almost 25 weeks to get the work completed from the time I signed the contract. **************** and manager did not always follow-through with returning calls and answering questions in a prompt manner. The technician called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was professional and pleasant and completed the job quickly.
