My new door was not latching properly, the gentleman that came out did a great job! My door is working properly and hopefully stays that way. ??
***** was over to repair a caulking job on my shower. He was very professional, explained the problem and the solution. He suggested (and demonstrated) cleaning products and methods to avoid future problems. He took care not to track anything in the house and cleaned up as if no one was here.Thank you very much for sending *****.

The service from ***** was fantastic and quick. Very professional and helpful understanding how to clean and keep it best working condition. The attitude of his going over each issue was very professional and respectful.
We had to have one of our windows repaired. ******, came out and repaired the window. He was professional and courteous. He called before he came which was a nice plus !
Although there was a long wait from ordering windows to installation it was definitely worth the wait. The installation crew ( **** and his assistants) arrived on time, prepped the area and started installing the windows. When they finished the area was clean and the windows were installed perfectly. The quality of the windows is much better than I expected. **** and his crew were polite, informative of the work they were doing and very very professional. They made the NewPro name shine. Definitely assets to the company.,

The installer and plumber were professional, pilot and friendly. Handled the instal and any **** issues with care. All work and clean up was done above anticipation
