NewPro was great. Came out in the rain to complete our sliding door install team out of ******** was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. ****** and ***** were great!
He called ahead of appointment as promised. Replacement of seven panes was efficient, neat and professional. All questions were answered. He was very respectful of property.A very positive experience.

Technician was very nice, called with an eta beforehand and was efficient. Found some other issues and will file an order to correct. Only problem I would have is that he left many fingerprints on the windows he installed.

The service rep called when he was about 15 min from our house. Arrived on time. Fixed our unworkable locks in no time at all A pleasure to work with. Our entire experience with Newpro has been nothing short of excellent. From sales to installation to service, we have never been disappointed.
We had 2 walk in showers installed to replace our existing tub/showers. *********************************** was the Newpro installer. He was prompt, polite, courteous and neat. He kept us informed about the status of the project throughout the process. The new showers look tremendous!
