Our installer, *************************, is a Diamond in the rough. His work ethic, personality, professionalism, and attention to details defies comprehension. I bought my windows a few years ago . Was having an issue with them closing correctly. To get an appointment at first was a little difficult but finally happened. Took along time for the parts to come in. They finally arrived and an appointment was made The contractor for new pro called and was right on time and very professional cleancut andpolite andreplaced the parts was very happy with this young man .
Vinny was our service person today. He called when he was on the way and was very punctual. As he did the repair he explained what and why he was doing it. Vinnys communication with us was excellent. He was thorough and very pleasant. New Pro is fortunate to have an employee that not only does the repair correctly, but represents New Pro with quality and professionalism. ****** *** and ***************************
