We had 2 installers come late afternoon worked whole day and they came with a great attitude and pleasure to have in our home.
The installers of our doors were excellent. They didnt miss any detail, were pleasant, polite but most importantly were expert at the work. As a retired contractor I know they did everything correctly.
Our installer, *************************, is a Diamond in the rough. His work ethic, personality, professionalism, and attention to details defies comprehension. If an employer can find an employee like *****, they should hang onto him for the duration. Our phone booth shower was an absolute train wreck when ***** arrived on the scene. I bought my windows a few years ago . Was having an issue with them closing correctly. To get an appointment at first was a little difficult but finally happened. Took along time for the parts to come in. They finally arrived and an appointment was made The contractor for new pro called and was right on time and very professional cleancut andpolite andreplaced the parts was very happy with this young man .
Vinny was our service person today. He called when he was on the way and was very punctual. As he did the repair he explained what and why he was doing it. Vinnys communication with us was excellent. He was thorough and very pleasant.
