******* M The serviceman came out to measure some windows for replacement. He then spent another 20 minutes to fix a stuck window. Very friendly and professional.
New Pro employees are very professional. Provided updates on our project. The install went great very clean and professional work. We are very satisfied.
**** was polite courteous & right to the point of fixing the window. I on the other hand need to pledge the inside of all my windows once a year so there not so hard to push up & down. **** actually showed me a window on how exactly to lube it. Quite knowledgeable & quick. Nice young man.

Very positive experience, Sales guy very informative /professional. ****** the installation guy was tops. Squared away a few issues not directly related to the installation.
Would be 5 stars if sales had been more forthcoming on lead time and subsequent communications. That being said, installers did great job, we're professional and courteous. Glass door was chipped, so they're working on a replacement. Otherwise, very nice.
The Newpro team was great. They did an awesome job. Great communication. Very professional. I would recommend.
