We had our bath/shower installed by NewPro in 2018. I called on a Wednesday to inquire about a warranty as the shower wasn't turning all the way on. They set up an appointment for that Friday morning. They called ahead, arrived on time, and we're very professional and courteous. They had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to me. A+ service.
Superb service!! From the sales associate to the installer and NewPro personnel, we cant believe how satisfied we are with our choice to use NewPro. We had many competitors come to the house and how grateful and happy when we chose NewPro. The sales associate didnt treat this as a used car transaction and try to sell us something we didnt want. Prompt, very professional, polite, neat, left it as clean as it was when he arrived. Respect companies that do their best to correct "issues". Things happen, we are not perfect!
I replaced all I replaced all of the windows in my home earlier this year. The install took 3 days. The crew was polite and cleaned up their mess when they were done. However there was a mistake with one of the windows, the grids that were ordered were not the grids that arrived. A new window was ordered and was installed 4 months later without any issues. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and fast, examining and fixing the issues we had.
Vinnie and ******* came to replace a window sash and were very professional and pleasant to work with. They checked all the windows to make sure they had the right one and replaced it very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend working with them.
