Impressed with the technicians, very polite and knowledgeable. ***** explained the process in detail and was efficient. The only concern is the amount of time taken to return a call, left several messages with no response. I feel if you have already purchased a product/service they are more *** in following up.

We are having our tub converted into a shower. I'm very impressed with not only the work but the knowledge. A few changes needed to be made from our original contract. ***** has kept ** in the loop through out the whole process. I'm very pleased with the overall job being done. Other then being down a bathroom there has been little to no disruption to our home.
