Yes, I had to wait 6 months for the shower to be done, but couldnt have asked for anyone better than *** to be the installer. He was pleasant, always on time, cleaned up at the end of the day, and did the work in a very professional manner. The shower looks terrific. I would recommend z Newpro and think it was special circumstances to have to wait 6 months. Id give *** an A plus plus.
I have NEWPRO windows for probably close to 30 years. Costly, but you get what you pay for. On the RARE occasion I have had an issue - usually with weather stripping coming loose, they correct it promptly ***, the serviceman today, just left. Called within the agreed upon window and then arrived on schedule. Fixed the 1 I had originally called about and then checked all the others. Very professional and very nice I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their warranty ***********************
Great crew came and installed some good looking windows. Professional, neat and no problem having them around the house.
In the 40 years I have been in the construction field, I have never seen a team so dedicated and professional, this team from coordinating the project to the very end of install was simply the best that I have ever seen. The entire Newpro Staff that started my project were to the highest level were quick to look at the scope of work, showed me the different products that were available, ordered what I wanted right away and scheduled my project right when the product came in. I was very happy with the team at NewPro. The communication was great, the technicians were timely and respected our house. I would work with them again.
Arrived on time and fixed a hole in a screen and made and adjustment on another. Very nice guy. So far very pleased with new pro. The installation crew was great. They handled every issue I had no matter how picky it was. I spoke with every member on the crew and they were all great. They cleaned up after and you wouldnt even know they were here. They went above and beyond for me. Getting a lot of compliments from neighbors on my new black windows from newpro!
Had **** from Newpro stop by to repair a screen that had a small tear. He repaired quickly, job well done.
NewPro came through with flying colors today with ******************* to our bathroom window and broken screen. Vinnys personable customer service was outstanding!
Tech was excellent. Warranty not so much. My bow window screens needed repair. I was promised 2 new screens to be made during this visit. However NewPro no longer manufactures my style which are 18 years old. ***** repaired the 2 existing screens. In the future I was told I would have to pay for replacements screens from another vendor at my cost. This is hugely disappointing because I have a 50 year warranty on my bedroom and bow windows which I hope doesnt get discontinued because then I am on my own. Disconcerting for sur... read more
