********************************* and ************************* did an amazing job at my house replacing the window frames for several windows. The combination of their craftsmanship and super professional demeanor is something that is hard to find these days.
Very positive experience, Sales guy very informative /professional. ****** the installation guy was tops. Squared away a few issues not directly related to the installation.
Would be 5 stars if sales had been more forthcoming on lead time and subsequent communications. That being said, installers did great job, we're professional and courteous. Glass door was chipped, so they're working on a replacement. Otherwise, very nice.

Ive been using Newpro for 20+ years and have had nothing but excellent service. Today was no exception! ***** and ***** came to replace a large piece of triple pane glass that had a broken seal.They were polite; they were respectful of my garden and home, and went about their business quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company!
I did a tub to shower conversation. The sales designer, **** was wonderful and the installers, **** and ******* did a fine job. There was some scheduling complication during the process and delay but the company did its best to resolve the issue. I was very satisfied with the final job. Basically the installers were great!
This is our second time using Newpro for a bathroom replacement, very happy with the results and service! Our installers were ****** and ***** who were both very courteous and professional. We will definitely use Newpro again for any future projects.
The job (bathroom reno) was done on time, skillfully and with thought and care for my home. ******* and **** were wonderful beyond words. Installing and fitting new products in an old house can be challenging but **** and ******* took their time and made it work. I'm thrilled with my new bathroom.
Very professional team, helpful in their review of the repair and good job fixing the base tub unit . Very courteous and respectful in their presentation.
