We had a door installed in April. It was beautiful and done in under four hours. A few weeks later something small needed to be fixed and they sent out a tech within a reasonable amount of time. ************ came to fix the problem and was very helpful! Thanks NewPro!
**** is the one bright spot in a *************** that doesn't give a **** about customer service. He has been to our home to replace a substandard storm door THREE TIMES SINCE MAY 2021 !!!!! Each visit he has been on time, polite, professional, and knowledgeable when answering questions. He is the only associate who has responded to our 13 month litany of service requests. Other associates, including TWO MANAGERS, either ignored our requests or outright lied to us. MINIMAL RESPONSE SINCE THE $30,000 CHECK CLEARED.If not for ... read more
****, was very ************** at his job. He showed me how to lube the windows to keep them moving freely. He fixed three windows and two doors in less then 30 minutes! Thank you ****
We had a good experience with the Newpro technician that installed our new windows. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the installation process. He was a one man job and completed everything even down to the clean up when the job was completed. Because one screen was damaged before installation, he was not able to put that one in. The company still owes us that one screen but all ********* for a great experience. Would recommend to others.
I had a shower and grab bars installed for my special needs son. New pro did an excellent Job removing the bathtub doing demolition work also. They installed the new shower and grab bars and it looks amazing my son loves it. I would highly recommend Newpro.The guys worked hard cleaned up and were very pleasant. The worker, ***, absolutely deserves the very highest of praises on the absolutely beautiful, wonderful and VERY professional job he completed on removing and replacing the shower in our bathroom. I couldnt possibly imagine what more he could have done to make this shower look any better. *** worked diligently from the moment he arrived til the job was done. We were so pleased with our new Newpro shower. We had our tub removed and put in a new shower. There were a few plumbing problems being on a slab, however, ********* (the plumber on the job) was able to take care of the problem very efficiently. ******************* (the installer) did a great job as well, working through minor issues very proficiently. It took a while (six months) for Newpro to install our new handicap accessible shower, but once it was started we were very pleased by the installer they assigned to the job. He gets high marks for being both highly skilled as a craftsman, and a master of customer service.Unfortunately the plumber assigned to help with the project was less skilled, and part of his work needs to be re-done.A partial payment was made, and we'll be happy to make payment in full once the work is completed. We had a new shower enclosure installed. The lead craftsman, *****, was a delight to "work with" (he worked, we watched.) He arrived ahead of schedule each day, had a wonderful positive attitude with great customer service skills, and an awesome work ethic. The project was delayed by two full days, and that had nothing to do with NewPro - it was all created by the delays by the plumbing inspector and then building inspector.
