Best service call I ever had. Technicians fixed 3broken windows and adjusted all 12 others so that is a breeze to open and close all of them. They used Vaseline to lubricate the windows when I ran out of a more expensive product the company had supplied years earlier to accommodate my chemical sensitivitiesa wonderfully simple, easy, inexpensive fix. The peace of mind that I have now knowing that I wont hurt my back or exacerbate other health issues is priceless. On a scale of 1-5 the service was a 10.
The service call today by ***** and ***** of New Pro Windows went very smoothly. ***** is the promising trainee and ***** is a good trainer as well as an experienced and approachable serviceman. They had arrived at the beginning of the projected service call period and, together they made quick work of installing one of our triple-glazed window units which had developed condensation between two layers of glass. **** came dot on time and did a smooth and clean job with the bathroom shower! He was extremely efficient, took care of all debris, had the floor covered so that the home was left clean as freshly mopped. **** was very polite and respectful throughout the work period! Was there when I was told they would be there . One guy did all 8 windows and picked up his mess and took old windows and was done by 5 . Answered any questions I had and was very professional. I have more windows I will be ***** at a later date and I will be using Newpro !!!
NewPro did a fantastic job installing our new roof system. The entire process was great from sales through financing!! The installation crew were exceptional. I would recommend NewPro to anyone.

I bought an $11,000 shower install from *********************** at ****** Home Improvement last June !7th 2022. I think someone at Newpro should be able to explain how I can drain the tub after a shower.I don't think I should have to wait 6 weeks for someone to come to my house and show **** called the first week of April and was told that no one would be available until May 14,2022.I had to go to the local Ace Hardware store this morning and buy a sump pump to drain my new Newpro tub of the approximately 5 gallons of water ... read more
