From start to finish we have been very Happy and Pleased with ********* who made the First Home visit to do the Estimate and Today *** was very Prompt and showed us the products first and did a beautiful job installing in one day! He explained everything well and would ask where we wanted the grab bars and our new walk in shower looks Fantastic!

Wonderful work crew! **** led a team of skilled workers to install a walk in tub. They removed the old tub and took it away. After the tub was installed **** gave us a thorough tutorial on how to use the tub. After they cleaned up it looked as if no one had been there. I would highly recommend newpro.

We hired NewPro to install a new shower in our second floor condo. ******* came very promptly both days and was very courteous, polite and efficient. He couldn't have been nicer. All materials were cleaned up, nothing left behind and we are very happy with our new shower. Thank you NewPro and ******* for doing a great job. We will have NewPro again in the very near future.

Newpros *** Master Elite roofing system appears to me to be unique, and a quantum leap above any other roofing system Ive seen or heard of. My present house, which I purchased 6 years ago, had a relatively new roof (about 12 years old) with ice dam protection on two sections. However, the last owner explained that heating cables were installed because the ice dam protection did not work. Best service call I ever had. Technicians fixed 3broken windows and adjusted all 12 others so that is a breeze to open and close all of them. They used Vaseline to lubricate the windows when I ran out of a more expensive product the company had supplied years earlier to accommodate my chemical sensitivitiesa wonderfully simple, easy, inexpensive fix. The peace of mind that I have now knowing that I wont hurt my back or exacerbate other health issues is priceless. On a scale of 1-5 the service was a 10.

The service call today by ***** and ***** of New Pro Windows went very smoothly. ***** is the promising trainee and ***** is a good trainer as well as an experienced and approachable serviceman. They had arrived at the beginning of the projected service call period and, together they made quick work of installing one of our triple-glazed window units which had developed condensation between two layers of glass. **** came dot on time and did a smooth and clean job with the bathroom shower! He was extremely efficient, took care of all debris, had the floor covered so that the home was left clean as freshly mopped. **** was very polite and respectful throughout the work period! ****** and *** did a great job. Communication is key in a project like this and they did a great job. A little snag with the plumber, not impressed there.Overall love the outcome.

Was there when I was told they would be there . One guy did all 8 windows and picked up his mess and took old windows and was done by 5 . Answered any questions I had and was very professional. I have more windows I will be ***** at a later date and I will be using Newpro !!!
