Very disappointed by Newpro! 3hrs with sales person in our home in mid-Oct 2021. Charged Over 9k for just tub and shower, so we expected the work to be done per contract. Contract states ***** weeks. In that time no calls, no email, nothing. At the beginning of week 13, it is breach of contract. We want full refund as we are not doing the waiting game.This has also held up flooring contract with another company, incurring additional charges. I was looking for a new tub installed. Newpro sent two sales men out and gave their sales pitch. I believed my custom fit bathtub would be installed in one day. Well. Its not custom fit like they lead you to believe. When the service guy ripped out my old bathtub and carried in the newcustom measures it did not fit. The installer said there are only a **uple sizes and they make it fit. After 3 months of multiple phone calls and lack of **mmunication. finally had a tub. Ill spare all the silly phone exchanges. We had a bath/shower done and was a great experience so had them come back to do a shower downstairs without hesitation. The second experience was not as good. A greasy residue was left all over the shower, the installer was on the phone most of the time at our home and seemed in such a rush that he left with the drop cloth still down and even scratched up the bathroom vanity top with his tools. The product is s*** I replaced all the windows in my house, thinking Newpro was the best and spent and exorbitant amount of money on these windows. They dont close, have a draft, I have black fly and ladybug infestations come IG through the window. Took a month to get a technician out (and three emails and one call to get scheduled). Finally got a day and someone was supposed to call to give me a window when the technician would come. Called twice the day before and day of and no one called me back. We had a few problems with our initial installation of our shower and new Jacuzzzi tub however Once we contacted Nupro they sent ****** and ********* to fix these problems They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with the end result Big thanks to ***** ,****** and ********* Nupro is definitely a company that cares about customer satisfaction !
