***** came out to do some minor repairs. He was very nice and did good work. He even found a problem I didn't know I had and fixed it The only thing that bothered me was the long wait for an appointment.
***** and *** were personable, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. They were clean, thorough and accommodating. The shower came out beyond our expectations. Thank you.

Id say both went the extra mile to make sure they not only met but exceeded our expectations with when we would have our shower installed, they were friendly and had such a wonderfully positive and infectious attitude. ***** even brought treats along for our dogs. My bathroom tub was installed the other day by Newpro. **** was the installer he did a fantastic job very neat professional took two days the result was what I wanted The Luxstone by Kohler is beautiful.
The Newpro service technician did an awesome job today. He fixed all my broken windows (they couldnt open at all or stay open or metal pieces were sticking out from the sides) and he also went through all of the remaining windows in my house and made sure they can open and close easily and without making noise, so my kids can actually use them. He worked very efficiently. In just under 2 hours he covered probably close to 20 windows. Very professional, friendly and skilled guy.
NewPro replaced my house siding in November,2021. Eliass team did a great job for me even though they tried their best to catch up the schedule cause the weather at that time. Especially Id like to really appreciate the the operation manager *********************** who always responded my questions ASAP during the project processing and stopped by my house to help providing high quality services. Even now **** still answers my any questions immediately. Thanks ************* Bo
***** from NEWPRO just left. He was very pleasant and professional. Talked about a few small issues I had besides what he was fixing today. Since he needs to come back one more time he will address them at that time. I purchased the windows in **** and never had any problems calling and asking them to come out to take care of any issues no matter how big or small. Purchasing these windows 28 years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made.
