We had asked that workers coming into the house would wear masks and they did with no problem, all day. He spent time throughout the process explaining to us what he was doing and why. I was 100% satisfied with my installation experience. **** walked me through every step of the installation before he began and he re-designed and installed it on site. I had been expecting to have to tile and finish tub surround when he was completed but that was not necessary as he made the new tub fit perfectly. I would recommend NewPro and there installation crew to anyone looking for the best remodeling experience.
