We had a bath/shower done and was a great experience so had them come back to do a shower downstairs without hesitation. The second experience was not as good. A greasy residue was left all over the shower, the installer was on the phone most of the time at our home and seemed in such a rush that he left with the drop cloth still down and even scratched up the bathroom vanity top with his tools. The product is s*** I replaced all the windows in my house, thinking Newpro was the best and spent and exorbitant amount of money on these windows. They dont close, have a draft, I have black fly and ladybug infestations come IG through the window. Took a month to get a technician out (and three emails and one call to get scheduled). Finally got a day and someone was supposed to call to give me a window when the technician would come. Called twice the day before and day of and no one called me back. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the **************************** exhibited an understanding of the process and explained each and every step throughout.We have used Newpro services in the past during our window installation and have been pleased both times with the outcome.
We had a few problems with our initial installation of our shower and new Jacuzzzi tub however Once we contacted Nupro they sent ****** and ********* to fix these problems They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with the end result Big thanks to ***** ,****** and ********* Nupro is definitely a company that cares about customer satisfaction ! Contacted Kohler about their Lux Snower Collection. Ready to buy.Someone from Newpro called me to set up an appointment on Friday, 11/6. Appointment was scheduled for Saturday, 11/7.My wife and I drove from **********, ** to ********, ** to make the appointment. The salesperson from Newpro never showed.I subsequently called on Monday and talked with a manager. He apologized and rescheduled for 11/10. ******* was an outstanding service person! He went out of his way to explain everything to us. He replaced the calking in the shower so that it looks like new. The issue that we had had was that, despite regular cleaning of our NEWPRO shower, spots of black mold had taken root in the calking over a period of about 4 years.. NEWPRO strictly limits the cleaning materials one can use to clean the shower, and we believe that that contributed to the growth of the mold. It was almost as though the calking was a petri dish.
