**** performed the installation of our two showers (one stand-up and one standard) and we couldn't be happier. Both he and the plumber were friendly and professional, and welcomed all of our questions. Also, the jobs were done quickly and when promised. Would definitely recommend NEWPRO to anyone!
Contacted Kohler about their Lux Snower Collection. Ready to buy.Someone from Newpro called me to set up an appointment on Friday, 11/6. Appointment was scheduled for Saturday, 11/7.My wife and I drove from **********, ** to ********, ** to make the appointment. The salesperson from Newpro never showed.I subsequently called on Monday and talked with a manager. He apologized and rescheduled for 11/10. ******* was an outstanding service person! He went out of his way to explain everything to us. He replaced the calking in the shower so that it looks like new. The issue that we had had was that, despite regular cleaning of our NEWPRO shower, spots of black mold had taken root in the calking over a period of about 4 years.. NEWPRO strictly limits the cleaning materials one can use to clean the shower, and we believe that that contributed to the growth of the mold. It was almost as though the calking was a petri dish. ******* was courteous and did an excellent job repairing and explaining how to maintain my window.
After 5 cancellations by ***** and ****, ***** finally was the person who saved the day! He was eager to dig on and dig out the mold in our shower caulking that had built up for almost 2 years. They were closed every time I called last year due to Covid and I struggled to get them out here this year. ***** was a nice man and felt my pain and quickly got the mold out and made my shower look new again! Newpro did my tub/shower conversion to walk-in shower with hand held plus seat with raid shower head and I just love it! The Kohler Luxe stone is beautiful and no grout! Nick ******* was wonderful to me, patient and accommodated my needs as was *** project manager. **** the installer did meticulous work AND thorough clean-up. Had a minor pressure problem with shower system, called and he sent plumber right out. They arrived when scheduled and finished when stated. I cant say enough good things about Newpro.
Beware: We ordered replacement doors over the summer and were promised delivery and installation by September. Now, nearly two months delinquent, our sales representative still has no information on when we'll receive our doorsand no timeline for when to expect even an estimate. After weeks of phone calls, it's been impossible to reach company representatives, who keep giving us the runaround. Awful service, awful customer relations, and no end in sight.
I really wanted to love this shower. ** were sold about "high quality" and "one day installation" from the sales rep. ** were willing to wait the 12+ weeks for the team to come and install. Then it took 4+ days to get it installed. In the end, we were left with a shower that shakes when you touch it, caulking that doesn't seal all the doors, screws that stick out when you try to exit the door, a door that doesn't close 100% of the time and gasket seal that isn't uniform all the way around.
