We purchased a Kohler walk in tub from Newpro after an excellent presentation by ***********************. The tub was installed in January and we tested it. There was a problem with the drain. Newpro sent repair folks and several executives made contact to resolve the issue. Newpro involved Kohler in the resolution process. ************************* became involved and worked with Kohler to resolve our problem. They were creative and very helpful. I so want to give this company a 5 start rating but unfortunately due to the lack of communication and project not completed I can't. I had 2 projects with them, worth a total of $20k, 13 window and 1 door. Door project completed 1 day, no problem. My windows were installed but the project is not completed. They forgot to cap the windows and they look unfinished from the outside. Original install date was December 28, 2021, its now almost April 2022 and nothing. I keep calling and get no answer. Installer was quick and prepared. He had to replace a 20 year old window so the old caulking and surrounding wood work was a bit of a challenge but he had all the tools to quickly get the new window in under 45 minutes.

NewPro Jacuzzi shower was installed by *************************. He was prompt, professional, with great attention to detail, and pride in his work. We were well informed during the installation and everything was cleaned up when the job was done. We had the proper care instructions reviewed with us and where to turn if we had any questions or concerns in the future. Excellent experience and a quality product.

The guy that installed the shower was really great but after 24 hours there was no hot water. Nobody from Newpro called us back
I paid $30,000 for windows and doors to be installed in my house 7 years ago. One of the windows cracked and the tinting disintegrated on one of the doors making the glass blotchy. Additionally, the rubber around all of the doors has fallen apart and needs to be replaced. Everything is still under warranty. I initially contacted NewPro in September 2021.
