After 5 cancellations by ***** and ****, ***** finally was the person who saved the day! He was eager to dig on and dig out the mold in our shower caulking that had built up for almost 2 years. They were closed every time I called last year due to Covid and I struggled to get them out here this year. ***** was a nice man and felt my pain and quickly got the mold out and made my shower look new again! Newpro did my tub/shower conversion to walk-in shower with hand held plus seat with raid shower head and I just love it! The Kohler Luxe stone is beautiful and no grout! Nick ******* was wonderful to me, patient and accommodated my needs as was *** project manager. **** the installer did meticulous work AND thorough clean-up. Had a minor pressure problem with shower system, called and he sent plumber right out. They arrived when scheduled and finished when stated. I cant say enough good things about Newpro.
Beware: We ordered replacement doors over the summer and were promised delivery and installation by September. Now, nearly two months delinquent, our sales representative still has no information on when we'll receive our doorsand no timeline for when to expect even an estimate. After weeks of phone calls, it's been impossible to reach company representatives, who keep giving us the runaround. Awful service, awful customer relations, and no end in sight.
I really wanted to love this shower. ** were sold about "high quality" and "one day installation" from the sales rep. ** were willing to wait the 12+ weeks for the team to come and install. Then it took 4+ days to get it installed. In the end, we were left with a shower that shakes when you touch it, caulking that doesn't seal all the doors, screws that stick out when you try to exit the door, a door that doesn't close 100% of the time and gasket seal that isn't uniform all the way around. NewPro did wonderful work, I have received many complimenets from neighbors, relatives and friends. ****, ***** and his team are the best I ever had the pleasure of working with. The entire team were very professional and hard working individuals. In example even when it was 100 degrees on some of the days, they worked tiredlessly and once complained about weather. If I ever had another project in the future NewPro would be my only call.

*********** arrived on time to install our new shower unit. They were polite, reviewed what was to be done, and proceeded to finish in one day. They put down drop cloths to protect our hard wood floors at the entrance and on the second floor landing. They asked for clarification of our wishes and answered all our questions. The Newpro team provided a unique experience with our tub to shower conversion while the delays of the Pandemic has been issues all the way. We never lost faith in NewPro who kept us aware of all the misgivings of this Pandemic. The people at NewPro work great as a team from start to finish who always kept in touch.
