SOOOOO disappointed! We're in the market to replace a shower stall and made an appointment to have someone from Newpro come out to estimate the job. Yesterday, we received a call THREE minutes before the rep's scheduled appointment letting us know he/she had to cancel due to illness. While we did not appreciate the late notice, we also understood that things can come up unexpectedly. He was also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and even cleaned up everything better then the way he had it.. We are very pleased with the installation of our new shower. ***** (and the intern) did excellent work quality-wise, and also by keeping us informed throughout the job. I am wondering why there is suddenly a ****** charge to come for repairs when i paid close ******* per window with the sliding doors and some vinyl around the sliders. I only paid that price because of the promise never being charged for repairs for 20 years i new retirement was near and didnt want the to have spend the additional nor would i have the additional cash so i paid the the extra for that reason only the windows are great the broken promise is very disheartening.
