Our installer **** was excellent! He clearly explained everything he was doing and all of his work has come out beautifully. He handled issues beyond his control (our houses crazy plumbing) with professionalism and expertise.

Our Newpro Representative was *******. He worked for two days to remove our jetted tub and install our walk-in shower. I was so impressed with his work ethic and workmanship.
