**** and ****** were wonderful! They came on time and were very careful and mindful of the work environment they were in! They cleaned everything and were very kind!
I was 100% satisfied with my installation experience. **** walked me through every step of the installation before he began and he re-designed and installed it on site. I had been expecting to have to tile and finish tub surround when he was completed but that was not necessary as he made the new tub fit perfectly. I would recommend NewPro and there installation crew to anyone looking for the best remodeling experience.

SOOOOO disappointed! We're in the market to replace a shower stall and made an appointment to have someone from Newpro come out to estimate the job. Yesterday, we received a call THREE minutes before the rep's scheduled appointment letting us know he/she had to cancel due to illness. While we did not appreciate the late notice, we also understood that things can come up unexpectedly. I had the bathtub replaced with a shower. My installer was ***. He was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. He did his job well, and answered all of my questions. Your company is great and *** is a great asset to Newpro.

He was also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and even cleaned up everything better then the way he had it..
