Where do I begin. We had a tub and shower installed in January of 2020 and it's been a nightmare since day 1. The sales person, *****, sold us the world, told us we could have everything we asked for like it was no problem. Crew shows up to install and looked at us like we were crazy. They had never heard of full length wall panels, something we were told was possible among other things. ***** also FORGOT TO TELL THE INSTALL CREW WE HAD A SLAB AND NOT A BASEMENT! Wonderful improvement! Love my new shower!! ****** and ****** worked efficiently and were quite professional and personable. A joy to work with, especially in this overly Covid-cautious time. The addition of the teak shower seat no longer makes bathing a dreaded chore! And no more high-stepping gymnastics to get my 89-yr old legs over the high tub side! Throughout the process ****** **** and his crew were professional, friendly and immediately answered questions and made a genuine attempt to involve us in the process as well as try to minimize the disruption to the house.The final outcome and work was excellent, I was more pleased than I ever expected to be with the entire experience. Our installer **** was excellent! He clearly explained everything he was doing and all of his work has come out beautifully. He handled issues beyond his control (our houses crazy plumbing) with professionalism and expertise.
