NewPro did wonderful work, I have received many complimenets from neighbors, relatives and friends. ****, ***** and his team are the best I ever had the pleasure of working with. The entire team were very professional and hard working individuals. In example even when it was 100 degrees on some of the days, they worked tiredlessly and once complained about weather. If I ever had another project in the future NewPro would be my only call.

*********** arrived on time to install our new shower unit. They were polite, reviewed what was to be done, and proceeded to finish in one day. They put down drop cloths to protect our hard wood floors at the entrance and on the second floor landing. They asked for clarification of our wishes and answered all our questions. The Newpro team provided a unique experience with our tub to shower conversion while the delays of the Pandemic has been issues all the way. We never lost faith in NewPro who kept us aware of all the misgivings of this Pandemic. The people at NewPro work great as a team from start to finish who always kept in touch. We cant say enough about the installation team who completed our shower conversion in one day. It looks beautiful and we look forward to many years of use. Thank you NewPro!

First the one star is for the installation team at Newpro. They were professional, courteous and explained the process from start to finish. We encountered problems and they were so helpful. Every other interaction was poor. The salesperson who came out walked through both bathrooms and told us what measurements were needed to replace toilets and vanities as well as the tub/shower. When the installers arrived, one toilet could not be installed as the measurements we had were incorrect. The work order did not have the vanity ... read more
