Technician was quick about his work. He was also polite and explained what he had done.
Great staff from salesman to installers. Awesome final product. We had shower/tub done. They complete the job in less than 1/2 day.
The window tabs were replaced in a timely and efficient manner. Job well done.
I inquired about a corner shower unit well before the holidays last year. ( September/Early October) After giving me an estimate; I paid cash for 90% of the job to be done with the other 10% paid when job was completed.. It was one postponement after another, as I had one excuse after another about, (someone didn't measure it right, it was the manufacturer out of California's fault, they couldn't find one of my pieces of glass to the shower, or one of the guys got a flat tire heading to me house, etc.) They put a temporary c... read more

Very disappointed by Newpro! 3hrs with sales person in our home in mid-Oct 2021. Charged Over 9k for just tub and shower, so we expected the work to be done per contract. Contract states ***** weeks. In that time no calls, no email, nothing. At the beginning of week 13, it is breach of contract. We want full refund as we are not doing the waiting game.This has also held up flooring contract with another company, incurring additional charges. I was looking for a new tub installed. Newpro sent two sales men out and gave their sales pitch. I believed my custom fit bathtub would be installed in one day. Well. Its not custom fit like they lead you to believe. When the service guy ripped out my old bathtub and carried in the newcustom measures it did not fit. The installer said there are only a **uple sizes and they make it fit. After 3 months of multiple phone calls and lack of **mmunication. finally had a tub. Ill spare all the silly phone exchanges.
